These Booking Terms which form part of the Terms, govern your participation in on site dance classes offered by PopRox Dance LLC (“PopRox”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or attending any in-studio class, you agree to these Terms.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

All participants must be at least 16 years old to attend our ADULT in-studio classes. If you are under 16 years of age (or the age of legal majority in WA State), you may attend only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in relation to our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of another person or entity, (a) all references to “you” throughout these Terms will include that person or entity, (b) you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person’s or entity’s behalf, and (c) in the event you or the person or entity violates these Terms, the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us.

2. Reservations Recommended

While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your spot. Reservations help us manage class sizes effectively and ensure a quality experience for all participants. Please note that availability for walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

The payment terms set forth in our Terms of Service apply to in-studio class reservations. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Once your reservation is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Your registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation email from PopRox. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your online reservation, please contact us at hello@poproxdance.com.

4. Cancellations/No-Shows and Refunds

Cancellations by You: You may cancel your class up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. If class is cancelled before the 4 hour window, the class credit(s) will be returned to your account for later use. Cancellations made within this 4-hour window will not be eligible for refunds or returned credits. No-shows will forfeit their class fee or credit.

Cancellations by PopRox: All classes are subject to cancellation based on low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If your class is canceled, we will attempt to find a comparable class for you at a suitable time. If your schedule does not permit rescheduling, you will be refunded for your booked class via your original payment form.

5. Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class begins to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you are running late, please contact us via text or phone at the relevant studio phone number. However, please note that arrivals 10 minutes or more after class start time will be denied entry, and you will not be eligible for a refund. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late to class you will be denied entry in order to avoid class disruption.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all participants, you agree to adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

• Be respectful and courteous to instructors and fellow participants.

• No disruptive behavior or language will be tolerated.

• You agree not to engage in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior during class or on the premises.

• While we strive to foster a space of community and connection, if you are arriving or leaving while a class is in session, please be aware of keeping noise levels low as it can be disruptive to those in class.

• PopRox reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these conduct standards.

7. Waiver and Release for Recordings

Personal recordings of class are welcomed by students and will be taken by a PopRox employee if requested. These recordings will not be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and website content, unless by explicit consent by way of a Model Release form or written permission. You agree that you may not receive any compensation for such use. If you are under the age of 18, guardian consent is required for any use of your image, likeness, or recordings.

8. Release and Waiver of Liability

By participating in our in-studio classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity. You agree to release and hold harmless PopRox, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from injuries, accidents, or other issues that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the class. This release includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by negligence of PopRox its instructors or other participants.

9. Health and Safety Acknowledgement

By attending an in-studio class, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of performing the physical activities required in the class. If you have any existing medical conditions or injuries, you agree to seek advice from a healthcare provider before participating. Participants must also adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the time of class, including, but not limited to, public health guidelines that may be in place or recommended, mask-wearing, or providing proof of vaccination as applicable.

10. Force Majeure

PopRox is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, public health crises, or government regulations.

11. Class Schedule Changes

Class times and availability are subject to change. It is the participant’s responsibility to check PopRox’s Instagram for any schedule changes. In the event of a schedule change after you have booked a class, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. If our studio is closed due to inclement weather and/or any unexpected emergencies, an email and/or text will be sent to all students and your class will be refunded back to your original form of payment.

12. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued participation in our classes constitutes acceptance of any changes.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
