GROUP SERIESK-POP SERIES
Our K-Pop Series classes are perfect for those wanting to learn K-Pop video choreography in a welcoming, nurturing environment that is focused on fun first. Learning choreography created by the pros can be intimidating, but we believe it doesn’t have to be. Routines are broken down and taught in an approachable way that focuses on building confidence (and skills) but without the emphasis on perfectionism.
Participants will spend four 2-hour classes learning choreography, formations and formation changes, and will culminate with the filming of a professional-level music video, shot by one of Seattle’s best (and our personal favorite) videographer and producer, Brent Barrie.
In order to better serve our K-Pop series students, we poll our K-Pop series song choices on a private Discord channel. If you would like to participate in voting on our K-pop series polls, we encourage you to join our discord channel!

Our Beginner Series is for those with no dance experience! We will focus on building coordination, rhythm, and body awareness, while introducing basic K-Pop choreography with relatively simple formations and movements. These are slower-paced sessions with more detailed instruction and repetition.
Classes will take place on Sundays from 10:00am-12:00pm on April 27th, May 4th, May 11th and May 18th at PopRox Capitol Hill - Studio Biggie. The final music video will be filmed on Sunday, May 25th (1 hr).

Our Intermediate K-Pop Series requires some dance experience. We will focus on developing musicality and expression, while introducing more complex K-Pop patterns, transitions and choreography. These sessions will include more challenging sequences and will require faster-paced learning.
Classes will take place on Sundays from 12:00pm-2:00pm on April 27th, May 4th, May 11th and May 18th at PopRox Capitol Hill - Studio Biggie. The final music video will be filmed on Sunday, May 25th (1 hr).

Our Advanced K-Pop Series requires previous dance experience and the understanding of fundamental K-Pop techniques and movements. We will focus on advanced musicality, dynamics and interpretation of the choreography. These sessions will include more intricate details and styling unique to K-pop dance, including fast footwork, dynamic arm movements, fluid transitions, stage presence and facial expression.
Classes will take place on Sundays from 2:00pm-4:00pm on April 27th, May 4th, May 11th and May 18th at PopRox Capitol Hill - Studio Biggie. The final music video will be filmed on Sunday, May 25th (1 hr).
